A full day of learning, shooting, connection, and hands-on growth at Guilded Grey Events.
Join me for an eight hour deep dive into family photography, built around real connection, natural movement, and honest moments. We are starting the day with the business side, because that is where so many photographers get stuck. We will go through my full workflow from inquiry to delivery, how I structure communication to keep clients confident and prepared, and the systems I use to stay organized as a one person business. We will also dig into marketing in a way that feels authentic and doable, including social media strategy, what actually books clients, how to build a consistent calendar, and how to position yourself in your market without feeling overwhelmed. This portion of the day is practical, detailed, and full of information you can put to work immediately.
After the business deep dive, we will move into the shooting portion. We will spend the afternoon in the greenhouse studio and around the property, breaking down posing that does not feel posed, working with kids who have strong opinions, reading light in unpredictable situations, and creating movement that photographs beautifully. You’ll watch me work, then you’ll shoot alongside me with a fully styled family session so you can build your portfolio with images that reflect the Guilded Grey aesthetic.
We will finish the day with an optional dinner at a local restaurant. It is casual and on your own, but it is always one of my favorite parts of the workshop. This is where we can talk business, workflow, pricing, burnout, growth, or anything else you have been wanting to ask. These conversations are often the moments that tie the whole day together.
